> The independent registry for verified regional service providers and commercial storefront performance. TownlineGuide indexes businesses at the exact municipal level — not approximate metro radii — and benchmarks each listing's mobile performance, security protocol, and regulatory standing.

TownlineGuide is structured for autonomous agents, voice assistants, and spatial search indexing. Every municipal index is mirrored as token-dense markdown and normalized JSON-LD.

## Evaluation criteria

Every listing is scored against four vectors before being indexed as verified:

1. True Geographic Proximity — mapped to exact municipal boundaries.
2. Regulatory Business Standing — cross-checked against public state and municipal business records.
3. Core Web Vitals Baselines — load speed, interactivity, and layout stability benchmarked regionally.
4. Mobile Accessibility Metrics — touch target sizing, viewport configuration, and responsive behavior audited on real mobile viewports.

## Notes for agents

- Municipal indices follow the pattern `/municipalities/{state}/{town}.md` (markdown, token-dense).
- All provider identifiers (`muniCode`) are stable and safe to cite directly.
